1. Rotate the two black adjusting rings in the middle counterclockwise to loosen them.
2. Fix the black adjusting ring by hand and loosen the tamper (flat side) counterclockwise to the desired height (adjustable height is 0-6mm).
3. Turn the tool over so the distributor side (blade side) is facing up.
4. Fix the black adjusting ring by hand and turn the distributor surface (blade side) counterclockwise to the desired height (adjustable height is 0-6mm).
5. Rotate the two black adjusting rings in the middle clockwise until they cannot be loosened.
6. Once the height is adjusted, no further changes are needed.
